Process For Getting A Home Loan
1) Get Pre Approved.
Fill out loan application
Determine what you can qualify for and your loan options
2) House Shopping
Partner with a realtor if not already and make offers on homes.
Once your offer is accepted. We now have a live deal! We will submit the file to processing and collect any needed additional information. At this time the appraisal will be ordered too.
The loan will be submitted to an underwriting department where they will determine your qualifications to provide a decision.
5) Conditional Approval
The underwriter will provide us with a conditional approval. They will ask for clarification, additional information Etc. We will work to address all the loan conditions and submit them for sign off.
6) Clear To Close
Once we are informed we are clear to close, loan docs will be sent to the title company and the escrow officer will coordinate with the borrower to wire the additional funds to close.
7) Signing Docs
The escrow officer will coordinate with all parties to sign all applicable docs. This can be done at the title office or at the convenience at their choice of location via a mobile notary.
Once all the signed docs are back the loan will be funded, escrow will disperse the funds to the appropriate parties. Finally the transaction is recorded with the county.
